Intended Use:
This Certified Reference Material (CRM) is primarily intended for use in spark optical emission spectrometry (Spark-OES), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and glow discharge mass spectrometry (GD-MS). This CRM, RIST-CRM5203, is in the form of a disk, approximately 40 mm (1.57 in.) in diameter and 20 mm (0.79 in.) thick.
