Reference Materials from: BAM

Producer   RM Code   Name    Item   Trust Updated

  Properties:
Fluorescence quantum yield value 0.88 dimensionless
Excitation wavelength range* 460 - 510 nm
Fluorescence wavelength range* 490 - 650 nm
Absorbance of the solution of the dye in 0.1 M NaOH* 0.02 - 2 dimensionless

*indicative

Remarks:
The CRM is available as a solid dye in a bottle, which should be stored at 2 - 8°C in the dark. To meassure the certified fluorescence quantum yield value (QY), BAM-F011 has to be dissolved in 0.1 M NaOH.

Intended Use:
QY standard for the relative determination of the fluorescence quantum yields of transparent luminophore solutions and for controlling and validating the performance of integrating sphere-based fluorescence instruments used for the absolute determination of QY. IEC 62607-3-1:2014 Nanomanufacturing - Key control characteristics - Part 3-1: Luminescent nanomaterials - Quantum efficiency.   Properties:
Fluorescence quantum yield value 0.298 dimensionless
Excitation wavelength range* 650 - 745 nm
Fluorescence wavelength range* 685 - 1005 nm
Absorbance of the solution of the dye in absolute Ethanol* 0.02 - 2 dimensionless

*indicative

Remarks:
The CRM is available as a solid dye in a bottle, which should be stored at 2 - 8°C in the dark. To meassure the certified fluorescence quantum yield value (QY), BAM-F014 has to be dissolved in absolute Ethanol.

  Properties:
Normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectrum BAM-F001b 300 - 425 nm
Normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectrum BAM-F002b 340 - 530 nm
Normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectrum BAM-F003b 390 - 570 nm
Normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectrum BAM-F004b 450 - 700 nm
Normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectrum BAM-F005b 560 - 770 nm

Remarks:
The CRM is available as a set of five solid dyes in bottles, in addition with the evaluation Software LinkCorrWin1.3. The CRM should be stored at 2 - 8°C in the dark. To measure the certified normalized corrected fluorescence emission spectra the Calibration Kit has to be dissolved in absolute Ethanol.

Intended Use:
The certified fluorescence emission standard BAM-FCalKit “Calibration Kit” contains BAM-F001b to BAM-F005b as a set and is a tool for the calibration and performance testing of fluorescence instruments. It enables the determination of the wavelength-dependent relative spectral Responsivity s(λ) of the emission channel/detection system of fluorescence instruments using the data of the CRMs of the Calibration Kit measured by the user under conditions used for routine fluorescence measurements and the BAM evaluation software LinkCorrWinV1.3.
